Childcare Staff Training
We provide engaging, practical training courses designed specifically for daycare staff. Our team can come directly to your facility, making it easy to train your entire staff on-site with minimal disruption. If needed, training can also be held at an alternate location to best meet the needs of your program and staff. We’re always open to new training ideas and custom requests to address the unique needs of your facility. All participants who complete our courses are eligible to receive clock hours through MOPD, helping you stay compliant while building stronger, more confident teams.
Trauma Informed Care for Daycare Teachers
This two-hour professional development training equips daycare teachers with practical knowledge and tools to understand how trauma impacts young children’s brain development, behavior, and learning. Participants will explore common trauma-related behaviors seen in early childhood classrooms and learn how to respond using regulation-based, relationship-focused strategies. The course emphasizes the importance of co-regulation, predictable routines, and calm, consistent boundaries while maintaining appropriate classroom structure and safety. Teachers will leave with actionable techniques to reduce challenging behaviors, strengthen classroom relationships, and create a safe, supportive environment where all children can learn and thrive.
Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED
This 2–2.5 hour blended learning course combines a self-paced online portion with an in-person skills session. Participants will learn how to recognize and respond to emergencies involving adults, children, and infants, including CPR, AED use, choking relief, and basic first aid. During the hands-on session, participants will practice essential lifesaving skills and demonstrate competency to earn certification. This course is ideal for childcare providers, educators, caregivers, and anyone who wants to be prepared to respond confidently in an emergency.
Classroom Management for Daycare Teachers
This training provides early childhood educators with proactive classroom management strategies that support positive behavior, increase engagement, and create safe, predictable learning environments. Participants will explore the relationship between behavior, routines, classroom environments, and teacher-child relationships while learning practical strategies that can be immediately implemented in their classrooms.
