Caylin Mertz

Caylin Mertz graduated with her Bachelor’s in Sociology and Criminology in 2013 and her Master’s in Criminology in 2014 from MSU. She’s a mother of two. Caylin is a self described book worm and can often be found in her hammock reading. She began her journey in child welfare in 2013. After 12 years with the State of Missouri she changed hats and now works to coordinate our home assessment and training programs. Caylin’s favorite part of working in child welfare is building relationships with families and watching them grow and change.
